The great instrument of the Basilica of San Giovanni Battista in Finalmarina is the work of the varesino organ master Cesare Bernasconi and his son Giovanni. Built in 1904, it is placed in the choir, in the presbytery, in cornu epistulae. It has two keyboards of 61 keys (C1 - C6) with first octave chromatic and a pedalboard of 27 pedals (C1 - D3).
The stops are driven by knobs arranged in two horizontal rows above the keyboard:

The organ was restored in 2002 by the organ master Graziano Interbartolo from Stella Gameragna (SV).
