The organ in the parish church of S. Nicola of Calice Ligure is a fine example of the Tuscan organ school of the nineteenth century. It was built by Nicomede Agati and brothers of Pistoia in 1870 and bears the opus number 538. It has a chromatic keyboard of 56 keys (C1-G5) with division between bassi and soprani between F3 and F#3 and a pedalboard with 22 pedals (C1-A2). It consists of the following registers:

Above the pedals are placed the decoy pedals for Tromba bassi, Tromba soprani, Concerto Flauti, Cornetto, Viola and Terza Mano. To the right of the pedals are placed Tirapieno e Combinazione libera.
